We currently offer residential and commercial cleaning services, carpet cleaning services, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, hardwood floor restoration and car detailing services. We service all of York County, Lancaster County, Dauphin County, and parts of MD. If in doubt, give us a call!
Is "We Mean to Klean, llc" really licensed, bonded and insured? And, where is your company?
We Mean to Klean is licensed by the state of PA as a general contractor company. Our license is valid until 08/2015, when we will renew it again. Our PA license Number is PA#110485. We are also authorized procurement vendors for the state of PA. Our certificate number is 455925-2015-03-SB and are registered a a small business. We Mean to Klean became an llc in January, 2015 and our IRS EIN Number is 47-2973659. We are also members of the York Economic Alliance, The Women's Chamber of Commerce of PBC, Inc, and the Business Owner's Trade Alliance. We are currently working out of our home office in West York, PA. However, once we get a bit larger, we hope to move into a retail establishment.
Can you tell me more about how your hire? Is your staff also licensed, bonded and drug free?
The majority of the staff employed at, "We Mean to Klean" is either family members or good friends of mine. They are all covered under my liability policy with Nationwide Insurance and are bonded by Surety Bond Company. Each member of my staff is drug and alcohol free. All new hires are personally trained by either myself or a member of my management team who has extension knowledge within the cleaning industry and has at least five years experience within the industry. We also have a comprehensive training plan for all new hires.
What types of payment do you accept? What are your payment terms?
We accept cash payments, payments in the form of checks made out to, "We Mean to Klean, llc." and soon will be capable of accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through our merchant agreement with PNC Business Banking. Our payments are generally due at time of service. If additional time is needed for payment, arrangements must be agreed upon ahead of time and will incur a 5% late fee after 15 days of non-payment.
Do you offer any incentives for referrals?
You bet! If you refer a friend (or stranger!) or family member (and if that person books), you will receive a $35 coupon for your next service. Just make sure your referral mentions you at the time of booking. Also be sure to check out of specials page.
Is there anything I should do before, "We Mean to Klean" team members arrive at our home?
If you have signed up for The Standard Clean or The Deep Clean service, please try to have dishes out of the sink/off the counters and remove clutter from the areas to be cleaned. We ask that you do this so that we can devote as much time as possible to cleaning your home or business.
If you have signed up for the Move-out/Move-in cleaning service (and you would like the interior of your freezer cleaned), please be sure that your freezer has been in de-frost mode for at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. Also, if you have signed up for the Move-out/Move-in cleaning service (and you would like the interior of your oven cleaned), please note that there is currently not a natural oven cleaning product on the market. You will need to turn on the self-clean feature at least 24 hours before your scheduled service. If your oven is self cleaning, we can utilize this feature for you, however, and wipe the interior out. Please let us know if you would like for us to wipe out your oven.
I have a pet. Is that okay?
Yes! Absolutely. We love pets! However, if you have a dog (or dogs), unless you will be home, and/or unless your pet is completely comfortable with strangers, please try to have your dog out of the area that our cleaners will clean. For safety reasons, (unless you will be home and/or unless your pet is completely comfortable with strangers) we ask that Fido be removed from the immediate cleaning areas. We also suggest that you let us know where you store dog treats (so that we can bribe Fido if needed!). And, please us know if your pet(s) are indoor-outdoor or indoor-only.
